I get this from my mom a lot. She urges me to be aware of my intent, because we are all cocreators and there is no such thing as not making a choice. Imagination is one of the 4 human gifts Stephen Covey writes about in his book "The Seven Habits of Highly Successful People." Making a paradigm shift can be difficult, especially if you've lived in the shadow of self-loathing for so long. But imagination is the key (at least, one key). To quote Milton: Long is the way, and hard, that out of hell leads up to light. The influence of the dark side can be difficult to resist. I've wandered off the beaten path. Again. I need to find my way back. Thanks for reminding me.
